Rector V1.4: the patch notes update

for the last few updates i completely forgot to do patch notes so heres that

V1.1:

- added ice blocks

- added the ability to delete specific level editor blocks instead of undoing

- adding zooming in and out in the level editor

V1.2:

- added music

- made music actually decent

- added music settings

- added mirror mode

- added speedrun timer

V1.3:

- added space blocks

V1.4:

- added widescreen support

- added editor saving

- added saved levels menu

- fixed a bug that crashed the level editor

- added a tutorial to the level editor

- added edit rector menu

- added a confirmation when you quit the level editor

- added erase blocks

- added all the python versions to the itch page

- i remembered not to remove the 1.3 version
